Professional kitchen blow torch for caramelising, browning and toasting dishes to perfection. Create restaurant-quality crème brûlée, meringues, tarts and more with a flawless finish.
Safety Features: Child-resistant safety lock, gas adjustment knob for flame strength control, gas trigger and continuous flow button for hands-free operation.
Simple Operation: Press safety lock to release trigger. Turn gas adjustment regulator anticlockwise to release gas. Press trigger to ignite. Adjust flame strength by turning regulator clockwise (decrease) or anticlockwise (increase). Press continuous flow button to lock flame on; press trigger again to release. Turn regulator fully clockwise to extinguish.
Refillable: Uses triple-refined butane lighter fluid only (not included). Refill in upside-down position in well-ventilated area away from ignition sources. Press butane canister nozzle into refilling valve until gas overflows. Wait a few minutes before use for gas to stabilise.
Important Safety: Keep and store away from children. Ensure flame is completely extinguished after each use. Never expose to heat above 40°C or prolonged sunlight. Ignite away from face and clothing. Do not smoke whilst refilling. Never modify or remove parts.
