Refillable butane blow torch for caramelising sugar on crème brûlée, toasting meringues and browning baked goods. Features child-resistant safety lock, adjustable flame control and gas trigger.
Refillable with triple-refined butane lighter fluid (sold separately). Gas adjustment knob controls flame strength.
Safety Requirements:
Store away from children. Ensure flame is fully extinguished after use. Keep below 40°C and away from prolonged sunlight. Ignite away from face and clothing. Refill only in well-ventilated areas away from ignition sources. Allow gas to stabilise for several minutes after refilling before use.
Operation:
Release safety lock switch. Turn gas adjustment knob counterclockwise to release gas (maximum 300 degrees). Press trigger to ignite. Adjust flame strength with gas knob. Turn knob fully clockwise to extinguish.
