Refund policy
14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process

- If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions for returning the item

Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund and Credit Policy
- Refunds may be issued as store credit
- A 20% restocking fee may apply
- Original delivery and return shipping charges may be deducted
- Cash refunds are not typically offered
Change of Mind Returns
- We reserve the right to reject change of mind returns
- If accepted, return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Refunds for change of mind returns are typically issued as store credit
Short Deliveries, Incorrect or Defective Goods
- Notify us in writing within 7 working days of receipt
- Include invoice/picking slip number in your claim
- Claims received after 7 days may be rejected
- We will, at our discretion, rectify the issue by:
- Making good on short deliveries
- Replacing incorrect or defective goods
- Issuing a credit note
Breakages of Crockery and Glassware
- Claims accepted only for full-carton purchases
- Retain damaged goods for our inspection
- Claims may be rejected if goods are unavailable for inspection
- We will, at our discretion, replace broken goods or issue a credit note
