Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at info@chsupplies.com.au
  2. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions for returning the item

Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund and Credit Policy

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Original delivery and return shipping charges may be deducted
  • Cash refunds are not typically offered

Change of Mind Returns

  • We reserve the right to reject change of mind returns
  • If accepted, return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds for change of mind returns are typically issued as store credit

Short Deliveries, Incorrect or Defective Goods

  • Notify us in writing within 7 working days of receipt
  • Include invoice/picking slip number in your claim
  • Claims received after 7 days may be rejected
  • We will, at our discretion, rectify the issue by:
    • Making good on short deliveries
    • Replacing incorrect or defective goods
    • Issuing a credit note

Breakages of Crockery and Glassware

  • Claims accepted only for full-carton purchases
  • Retain damaged goods for our inspection
  • Claims may be rejected if goods are unavailable for inspection
  • We will, at our discretion, replace broken goods or issue a credit note
